Ariane began surfing when she was only 5 years, and at 8 she started competing. In 2014 she was European U-16 Champion, in the Europe Rip Curl Groms Search Circuit, and Spanish U-18 Champion. At 17 years old she achieved the first victory of her career in a junior professional competition, in the Pro Junior of Espinho held in Praia da Baía (Portugal), and the following year she was European U-18 vice-Champion and won her first National senior title.
In 2017, she reached her best achieve to date when she won the bronze at the World Junior Championship, held in Kiama (Australia). This medal meant to be awarded with the Kirolak Sariak Prize to the individual sport granted by the Vizcaya Provincial Council.
After a 2018 truncated by injuries, she currently competes around the world in the events of the Womens Qualification Series circuit of the World Surf League where she has already achieved several podiums and aspires to qualify for the Championship Tour, the highest category of world surfing, and to represent Spain in the Tokyo Olympic Games.
