Sara Bogo

The middle-distance athlete Sara Bogo was born in Galicia but has grown up in a land prolific in the production of great runners, such as the province of Soria. She began being trained in her early years by Ramón Zapata, discoverer of Marta Pérez among others great athletes, and then at the end of 2022 she joined the group of the other great local coach, one of the most successful in the history of Spanish athletics: Enrique Pascual Oliva.

She has been consolidating herself in young categories until achieving three Spanish national titles in 1500 meters as U18, and a time of 4:25.03 that puts her in the national top-5 all-time of the category.

Her talent has allowed her to make his international debut with the Spanish team and now she continues her evolution in the U20 category, where she will try to continue expanding his domestic record, repeat her experience with the national team and, in the long term, reach the elite of the Spanish middle-distance.
